Sales Manager Fircroft

an international provider of products and associated services for reservoir management and production optimisation in the upstream oil and gas industry.

1. Indonesia Sales Manager
The Role:
The Sales Manager shall directly and proactively seek knowledge, lead and manage the relationship with clients in their area to increase sales and awareness of product offering.
The tasks include but are not limited to:
o Implement the sales strategy as defined by the RFM Sales Director and VP Sales and Marketing
o Map and generate leads for respective products and reports such sales opportunities within CRM system
o Participate actively in key projects early phase from pre-conceptual/conceptual through feed and bidding
o Act as the main contact between client and during all stages of the biding process from receipt of RFQ to the end of negotiations of a contract
o Coordinate with respective Business line for quotations, technical and/or commercial information and clarifications.
o Follow-up open quotes, overdue quotes etc. and obtain best possible information on a continuous basis about
probability for success and expected date for any order, and update in CRM system accordingly
o Assist and facilitate when required client interaction with other departments such as during project implementation phase and services
o Make sure the company is on the bidders list for all related products with all active clients in the area
o Arrange regular visit, Lunch and Learn, technical seminars or the like with current and potential clients
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o Recommended 5-10 years working experience.
o Proven track record from the Oil and Gas industry in terms of planning, organizing, conducting sales and providing technical solution within companies responsible for developing and commercializing technologies and products.
o Capabilities of understanding market opportunities and requirements, obtaining market intelligence, defining marketing and sales strategies and execution plans, assessing risks based on sound judgment of realism in opportunities identified are required.
o Demonstrate skills in interacting with people and proactively search for solutions in the best interest of both the client and the company.

2. Filling Supervisor
The Role:
Supervise the filling of Lubricants, Process Oils, and Specialty Products in accordance with the Lubricants Quality System and according to the Plan set by the Production Planner whilst meeting HSSE targets.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Production/Engineering (Industrial/Chemical/ Process) with minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operation.
• Experience in operating big blending machine.
• Experience in managing unionised workforce will be an advantage.
