1. FORKLIFT 5 TON OPERATOR
QUALIFICATION :
-)Male
-)Has experience above 5 years in the heavy equipment services as operator and never have incident / negative track record
-)Hold a valid Indonesia Driving License (B2) and hold valid operator heavy equipment certificate (SIO) from government (MIGAS)
-)Passed Defensive driving / operator training
-)Understand all trafic regulations and safety rules set by government and company
-)Able to perform adequate two was communication in Bahasa Indonesia and english
-)Able to operate the communication equipment provided by the company
-)Passed Security Background Screening
-)Passed Medical Examination Test
-)Living on Bojonegoro ,Or Cepu Or Lamongan
Responsibilities :
-)To drive / operate the heavy equipment as per instruction only. Driver / operator may not take the heavy equipment without any proper authorization
-)To understand and to comply with all trafic regulations and safety rules specified by government and company’s safety , Health and Environment policies and rules.
-)To Follow all contractor’s and / or company’s instructions including work schedulle and the obligation to submit work progress report
-)A Driver / operator who is on vacation or off the job is not allowed to substitute other on duty driver / operator
-)To check and to ensure that heavy equipment is ready for use ,clean and neat,in compliance with preventive maintenance schedulle , and to report any damage of heavy equipment
-)Immediatelly report the traffic accident to contractor’s representative and / or company heavy equipment supervisor , regardless the Value
-)Report the driver’s operator’s condition to contractor representative and / or company heavy equipment supervisor if the driver / operator is unfit to perform the job
